About the Role

What You'll Do

Our teachers' most important job is to help develop and nurture each student’s skills and abilities to successfully meet life’s challenges and cultivate a life of purpose. How we do that is by offering a rigorous curriculum with an individualized touch in a supportive learning community. In this role specifically, you will potentially:

  • Teach multiple sections of middle school English courses each semester.
  • Depending on your strengths, experience, and the enrollment needs, teach classes other than English.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to general faculty work, such as meetings, special events, self-study/accreditation, curriculum planning, student supervision, and professional development and more. Many hands make light work so we all contribute to the success of the school, our students, and each other.
  • Work with students, families, and school staff to promote student success and ensure student well-being.
