Jennifer Grems is the Head of School at La Pietra – Hawai‘i School for Girls, where she leads the institution’s mission to inspire and empower young women to lead lives of purpose. With three decades of experience in education, she has held leadership roles at distinguished institutions, including La Pietra, St. Andrew’s Priory School, and Mid-Pacific Institute, consistently championing student-centered learning and faculty development. 

A dedicated educator and leader, she holds a Master’s in Private School Leadership from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Her commitment to fostering academic excellence and community engagement extends beyond the classroom, with service on the boards of organizations such as the Organization of Women Leaders and the Interscholastic League of Honolulu.
