This session will challenge conventional notions of work-life balance and instead, delve into the concept of achieving and identifying wholeness. We’ll explore the idea that it’s not about “balance” or an equitable division of time but rather setting priorities and valuing your commitments. Our panel of speakers will discuss how setting boundaries and confidently saying no to roles or obligations that no longer serve your personal or professional growth can lead to a greater sense of wholeness.
