Kim Hutchison '05

Kim Hutchison '05 is the Head of Visitor Engagement at HoMA. Her love of art was encouraged and flourished during her years at La Pietra, leading her to the University of Hawaii at Manoa (UHM) where she completed dual degrees in English and Art History. During her time at UHM, she studied abroad in both Paris and Florence, where she was an intern at the Museo dei Ragazzi.
After volunteering at the then Honolulu Academy of Arts during her final year in college, Kim was hired to work in Volunteer and Visitor Services at HoMA.

Now in her tenth year, she oversees all aspects of Visitor Engagement at the museum. Her career focus has always centered around connecting community and art.
